Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Change Son’s Name from Wolfe to Aire

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have officially changed their son’s name from Wolfe Jacques Webster to Aire Webster, according to legal documents filed by the couple. After naming their son over a year ago, the couple has had a change of heart, and they both decided that Aire was a better fit. The name Aire is a Hebrew name that reportedly means “Lion of God.”

According to sources, the couple decided to change their son’s name to give him his own identity someday and not live in his father’s shadows. Scott’s full name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, and the couple felt that having “Jacques” as their son’s middle name would make it difficult for him to have his own identity.

Jenner and Scott share a five-year-old daughter named Stormi, and interestingly, Jenner also changed her daughter’s name last minute. She wanted to give her daughter one of several “nature names” that were “weather and earth-inspired.” After contemplating several names, Jenner settled on Stormie with an “ie” at the end to make it more unique.

While the couple expressed regret about their son’s name last March, it has taken some time to orchestrate the name change. The couple signed off on the petition, and they are currently waiting for the courts to finalize the name change.

Changing a child’s name is a significant decision, and it is not uncommon for parents to have a change of heart after naming their child. In some cases, parents may feel that the name they chose does not fit their child’s personality, or they may want to give their child a name that is more meaningful to them.

In the case of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, they both felt that Aire was a better fit for their son, and they wanted to give him his own identity. While the final name change is still pending within the courts, it is clear that the couple has put a lot of thought and consideration into the decision.
