When you speak of confidence in appearance, Ashley Graham naturally comes to mind. The 35-year-old, popular for her mantra ‘beauty beyond size’ has left people speechless with her short ensemble as she attended friend Tori Kelly’s 30th birthday at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
The model, who welcomed twins in January, flaunted her hourglass curves in the ensemble, which featured a high slit up the left leg and two straps that crossed her back.
The brunette beauty had her hair up in a back bun, while her long bangs framed her face in front. The outfit also features a long piece of fabric on one side, which the body-positive advocate twirled as she spun around to strike a pose for the camera. Graham completed her look with a golden eye, pink lips, and gold hooped earrings.
Graham undeniably looked gorgeous in the shimmering gold dress, paired with the new Jimmy Choo x Timberland Crystal Boots, which retail for $6000.
Taking to Instagram, the plus-size model updated her fans with more behind-the-scenes shots of the outfit and explained she used tape to keep from having a wardrobe malfunction. Graham shared a 7-image carousel captioned: “When it’s @torikelly’s 30th and she says the 2000s, I show up in my bday freakum dress, ikyk (also the amount of tape I had to use to keep these girls up was obnoxious).
The comments section of her post has since received floods of praise, with one writing: “Honestly. You are just beyond amazing. Inspirational x.” Another wrote: “Ashley!??? I love this. You look so happy and f***** amazing as usual.”
This comes as the 35-year-old left little to the imagination as she flaunted her curves on the red carpet at the TIME Person of the Year Reception held in New York City. She was joined by her husband, Justin Ervin [pictured], whom she met in 2010 while attending church. And in addition to their twin sons, Roman and Malachi, the couple are also proud parents of a two-year-old named Isaac.
